*A well experienced Chef will entertain you during a 3 hours cooking lesson that will allow you to learn the recipe of:

- the “Bruschetta ”, the classical and easiest Italian appetizer;

- the “Ravioli stuffed with Carbonara ” and the “Fettuccine alla Amatriciana ”, two delicious homemade type of pasta, flavored with two of the most famous sauces in Rome!

At the end of the lesson you will taste the Italian dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a glass of good wine and a dessert offered by us!
